prenatal vitamins

Has anybody ever taken these prenatals? I'm 7 weeks and a day and we just found out Friday I was pregnant. I don't have insurance as of right now. I've done the Medicaid application and just waiting for them to send me whatever it is they send and then I'm going to make a dr appointment ASAP, but I wanted to get some prenatals until I can get there because I feel bad not knowing for the last 6 1/2 weeks.
