We really love the name Zoey but I like it more as a nickname. I'm concerned it sounds too childish for when baby grows up. Any suggestions on what Zoey could be short for?

There are some good suggestions on here, as an alternative, you could always use her middle name as Zoey, then have a first name you think is more mature, but call her Zoey. My parents did that with my little sister, they couldn't agree on a name and her first name is more traditional than her middle, but they call her her middle name. That way, she could choose when she got older at any time to go by her first name and it would be easy. She personally has chosen to continue using her middle name. But that's always an option!
