Help! Not sure what to do 😞

I'm currently on maternity leave but I have a full time job ... Long story short, my MIL watches my older child and her other grandkid. She "walks" them to school and picks them up (school is down the street from her) my question is, if she babysits my 3 month old... Would it be a huge inconvenience to drag the baby with her everyday? Or should I just quit and be a stay at home mom 🙄 what would you do 🤔 ???
