Hey everybody! I have a burning question. I got my copper iud on Monday. When can I start having sex again? Or masturbate?
I used my clitoral vibrator yesterday, but I started cramping afterwards

I believe doctors recommend waiting a week to have sex again (7 days.) Masturbating should be fine but like you said, might feel cramps after. The reason you need to wait for actual intercourse is so that your body can heal/recover from the procedure & so that you are sure that it has stayed in place before having sex again.
