which scenario is better

Selina
My parents are going overseas this month on the 23 (we are staying with them until I go back to work, hubby and I are first time parents, my mom has been soooooooo helpful and supportive), they don't come back till December 9; my husband is currently on leave but goes back November 28. My in laws live about a 10-15 minute drive from us (same city, different neighborhood) BUT unlike my parents, only my father in law is retired. My MIL still works and works from 11 pm-7 am.
Our daughter turns 2 months next Friday and though I'm getting used to the routine I'm still a bit nervous. So here are our two choices:
My husband would drop us off at my in laws morning around 7:15 am and pick us up when he's off (he's off at 6 but we'll be staying for dinner). We have a bed, bouncer and bathtub for her at their place.
The other option is for her to come over to our place a couple of hours each day but my father in law would have to drop her off and pick her up.
Keep in mind that 1) my father cannot be counted on in staying with her until she leaves because he's the type who likes to go somewhere for a time then want to leave (even when no one else is ready to)
2) There are stairs in front of my parents house and no one would be able to help me carry the stroller downstairs if I wanted to go somewhere with her.
A major street runs parallel to where my in laws live so there a ton of businesses like restaurants, coffee shops, banks, nail salons, etc so basically more things I can go to with our without baby.
The problem both my MIL and mom have brought up is that my daughter and I would have to both wake up early and not to mention the weather around that time starts getting colder and it could rain.
Which would you rather chose?
