So Ive just started taking these. I just wanted some clarification. If AF does come in a couple of weeks do I still take these while I'm on my period? Thanks guys X

Iv started taking these i love them no side effects at all i was takingthe  pregnacare ones but they made me feel sick and yes you do take them everyday even when your on your period

I started taking these about a week ago; luckily I was near the end of AF. Personally, I would continually take them. Good luck!!

I'm taking a pregnacare conception one and I take it all the time even when on my period......with the prenatal it says it best to take them 3 months before you even start trying

I don't take that,  but I do take an extra folic acid every day.  Is there anything else in it besides folic acid,  iron, and Vit D? If that's it, it's safe to take all month long
