Motivation

Hello guys, I have had an awesome year, I went down from 198lbs to 154(hoping to get to 138), I'm in the shape of my life and feeling better than ever.💪
However, I still go through phases where I lack motivation. I have hit a plateau for about a month at least(though I know Jillian Michaels doesn't believe in plateaus...), but I'm not gaining, which is a plus, and I definitely look more in shape than a month ago, so I try to justify it with an increase in muscle mass.
I feel really guilty about taking rest days, even through I know recovery is crucial. 
I feel like most people deal with this, but maybe some of you could share how you motivate yourself to push through! I think we all could do with a bit of fitspiration ☺️
