Oh no! Too much cake!

So we decided to announce my pregnancy to my family tomorrow since we are having a family dinner for my dad's birthday! Well, EVERY year we do root beer floats for his dessert and that's it and that's what I was told was happening this year so I thought Oh, let's do a baby cake or something! Find out tonight that my mom also got cake 😂 I guess we are gonna have a lot of cake! Has anyone else had an announcement go awry?
