Confused morning

As im eating breakfast I went to go open my prenatels bottle to take 1 & all of a sudden I got distracted and completely forgot if I actually took it. Is it okay if I miss one day; I don't want to take another one not knowing if I actually took one or not. Pregnancy brain lol 😣
