red dots/dry skin on my daughters face?

My baby girl is 2 weeks old and I woke up today to her face like this, anyone know what it is and what I should use to help it???

Could be any acne. My baby has the same, actually worse, and the midwife and dr say to leave it alone and it will go away on its own.

Totally normal! My babe had it too. Goes away on its own. I wiped her face with a rag with warm water every night and that seemed to help. I bet you also have a growth spurt coming your way! Look out for cluster feeding 😊
