Yest Infection Treatment?

I went to the Obgyn and was told to use Monistat 7 to treat my yest infection. Have any of you ladies used it? Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

Mine recommended that when I called about having symptoms of one when I was 17w. I said I'd rather not go thru the mess and hassle for 7 days so they called in a prescription for Diflucan.

Yep! My doctor had me use the 3 day one and all was fine. :)

Dr office recommended the same for me or either the 3 day one. They told me not use one day. I was hesitant to try it but i felt better. I use 3 day one.

Yes it is safe i used it for my 1st pregancy. U can also get the off brand walgreens or walmart. Its cheaper.

Once you get yeast infection most likely it will keep comming back. This is due to hormonal changes.  My actual doctor did prescribe me 3 day treatment which I regret using since it did come back. One of the doctors I saw because my regular doctor was not available said he never prescribes any medication to his patients and if unbearable use over the counter medication.
