tilted uterus help?

Yesterday I had my first scan at 9 weeks & found out I have a retroverted uterus & meant my scan pics are very unclear as it's harder to scan & check the baby.

Will it go back to being in the normal position? Advise welcome please HELP x

Technically the tilt is your norm but as baby gets bigger it'll start to tilt forward mines the same way with our without baby ... one thing is I started showing later & it felt as if I had the baby all in my back

My uterus is also tilted far back, even when I got my sonogram vaginally they said something before I did.  My two I've had so far aren't bad pictures, but my midwife said your body will fix itself and it's a plus cause you don't show till later!

2 years ago an OBGYN said I had a "C-shaped uterus" during a check up, and said it was only a problem if my hips were narrower. But since my hips are wide, it's no cause for concern. Weirdest thing I have heard but another OBGYN said the same thing so we'll see with this pregnancy!

I have the same mine is tilted to my back . My mom and grandma had the same they said they carried mostly in their back and that whys they have back problems now. also but the doctor said it will tilt back to normal when you have the baby and may tilt again after. Some ppl have it some don't. But it's normal.

Mine was exactly the same, after 12 weeks baby comes up out of pelvis and the tilt goes. My 11 week scan is blurry and 16 and 20 week very clean don't worry xx

Did you have a intervaginal ultrasound or regular? They said mine was tilted so far back and the only way to see my baby at 7 weeks was an intervaginal. They said about 14 weeks should be able to start regular ultrasounds.

It will tilt forward over time. Size and gravity will take over.
