Irritating word mix ups.

I know we all make mistakes, but it really irks me when I see someone mess up defiantly and definitely. It also grinds my gears to see patients instead of patience. Am I the only one? I rarely correct people, but it's sooooooooooooo frustrating! I also get irritated at their, there, and they're, but it happens so often I just try to ignore it to not get my blood pressure even higher.
