DO ANYONE HAVE CRAMP REMEDIES???

Hey! I was wondering do anyone have menstrual cramp remedies out there to help a girl out.  My cramps hurt so bad that I can't even sleep sometimes. What are the things you do to help your cramps? And hey you can help someone else out with the info as well!

Nothing acidic nothing cold, they make your blood clot and causes you to cramp. Drink something warm, I usually drink a warm cup of tea and it helps so much.

Sometimes jumping up and down helps. Most of the time I put a warm towel on my lower abdomen and it helps a bit.

If you have a car with seat heaters, go driving and turn those bad boys on! They do wonders for me!

Also, drink lots of water. And now is the time to eat chocolate guilt-free. :)
