what I didn't use
My baby is 2 months old and I thought I'd just make a post about things that I got for him but was a waste or didn't use YET. Or things I'm glad I got. This is just what worked and didn't work for me. Product recommendations....a bunch of randomness? Lol
Bottle warmer- waste
Wipe warmer- waste
Boppy pillow- didn't use yet
I'm glad I bought Two diaper bags- one broke and I used the backup. (Fisher price diaper bag broke)
Pacifier wipes- waste
Cleansing head to toe cloths- I'm glad I got those.
Sit me up chair- YESSS. (My baby wants to sit up. He HATES laying back)
Rock n play- YES.
Swing- YES.
Play pin with changing pad on it- YESSSSSS. I use that EVERY single day.
Multiple burp cloths- YES
Dishwasher basket for bottles- waste (I hand wash his bottles)
Sterilizer- yes.
Pacifiers- waste. He hates them
Bottles- GET THEM JUST IN CASE BREASTFEEDING DOESNT WORK FOR YOU.
I haven't used his video monitor yet. I haven't used his crib yet.
Co sleeper- waste
Multiple "outfits" (not onesies)-waste we don't go that many places for him to have as many outfits as he has 🙄
Bottle drying rack- YES.
MULTIPLE CHANGING PAD COVERS!!!!!! Get them. He pees on it every time ugh lol
Multiple car seat bases for each car he rides in.
Bibs galore because believe it or not babies drool... a lot lol
Humidifier- wasn't a TOTAL waste.
BLANKETSSSSSSSS. Every time we give him a bath we put a fresh blanket on him.
Don't get baby shoes..... I messed up and gotta WHOLE BUNCH OF THEM (I'm a shoe fanatic) and he never wears them. I would recommend getting one white pair though. He does wear those when he wears an outfit. Shrugs
Baby socks are a YES from me. He wears them everyday.
I like cetaphil body wash and lotion.
I didn't clip his nails til he was 1 month.
I like pampers diapers over every other brand.
