Milkies milk savers? Are they a good investment?

During my tww I buy baby products that are things I might need. I want to breast feed when I do have a baby. Are these a good investment. Have any of you lovely ladies used them?

Answer

I've not used them but I plan to buy then this time. During milk let down you get a rush of milk in each breast and normally I'd just let my nursing pad soak it up.  I recently leaned that couldn't a extra oz or two being wasted each feeding. I'm not going to wear this all day, that's gross but definitely during feedings to catch the let down milk while feeding.
