OK GUYS HELP!!! So my period came a week late this month (I've been doing A LOT of excessive physical training) and last week I had a cold and I'm supposed to hang out with this boy at his house tomorrow. He really likes me and I really like him but my period came today 🙄. I'm not ashamed of my period but it's so damn unpredictable so I usually just stay home when I have it. I've already canceled on my future boo mad times how do I tell him I can't hang out with him without telling him I have my period!!  He's gonna think it's just another excuse ...PPLEASE HELP
