I'm really self conscious about my arm hair, should I shave my arms?

No baby! I have hairy arms ( like a very hairy ) and I wanted to wax/shave but turned out my boyfriend doesn't mind and though my arms were very pretty... so don't! I'm sure yours are pretty as well! 
Unless you think they're ugly, don't shave.

Do what you want! I shave because I'm very pale and my dark hair bothers me. Although I shave a lot less in the winter because I wear jackets and long sleeves. 
Don't do it because you're worried about what other people may think. Shave because you want to.

I have hairy arms... very hairy but blonde.. I get laughed at when I'm cold, I look like a porcupine lol but I don't let it bother me, I just use lotion to keep it in check. Shaved my arms when I was younger but it was to much of a hassle to keep legs and arms smooth. ❤️💕❤️do what you're comfortable with❤️❤️❤️

I shaved mine... For over a year. I decided to grow them back at the beginning of last summer or mid spring and I started bleaching them. The issue is I kept getting roots of dark on my arm hair! It still happens half a year later. Honestly, shaving isn't worth the hassle. You're beautiful as you are. If you shave, you'll just become even more uncomfortable with the look of yourself with hair.

I wouldn't do it, it is a lot of maintenance and the stubble from it growing back is no fun

I shave them very rarely. If you do it too much they'll grow back just like everything else you shave grows back and that's just uncomfy especially on your arms. If I shave them it's because I'm wearing something short sleeve, and it normally lasts a week before growing back. Plus I normally stick to wearing long sleeve anyway. 
You could wax? That would be better than shaving.
