How bad is waxing?

First time.. I'm really nervous. Any tips?

For me it wasn't as bad as I expected. My first wax ever was a Brazilian lol. I went to European Wax Center. They are AMAZING. What kind of wax are you doing? Eyebrows aren't bad at all. Brazilians aren't either, but it depends on the waxed. Make sure to take deep breaths and trim your hair to be as long as a cooked grain of rice. It might also help to take some Advil about 30 minutes before your appointment. Good luck! ❤️🤗

Firstly are you pregnant? I ask only as some women's skin becomes more sensitive while pregnant due to increased blood circulation. So if you are pregnant and a first time waxer it could hurt more than usual.

I get waxed and don't think it's that bad, uncomfortable bearable discomfort, but definitely worth it! I'm booked in for my wax on Tuesday I'll be just short of 35w so that will definitely see me through for the rest of my pregnancy and birth.

I can get away with waxing about every 8 weeks as my hair grows back very slowly 👍🏻

First time is always pretty rough, tbh.. helps if you trim your hairs a tiny bit (not too short or it won't catch) also try taking some advil or any pain mess an hour before to alleviate some of the pain!

It honestly depends on where and how tolerant of pain you are. I have heard girls say it hurts like hell, but for me it doesn't hurt at all. Just don't over think it and it is all her quick so good luck!
