small purple like spider veins on boobs

Hi I am wondering if anyone else had small purple spider veins on boobs once they conceived? I am only a few DPO and have sore and itchy boobs with these small veins starting to appear. Could this be a possible symptom that I am pg? 😁😁😁 I sure hope so!
