I have had an issue where I either bleed excessively for months on end (no birth control) or not at all and get very sick (on birth control) they keep switching me between types and my horamones are so out of wack that I've feel crazy. I asked for help carrying a basket to my car last night and was told no so instead of just saying okay like normal I proceeded to throw my laundry basket and cry and make s huge ordeal. I know I don't want to die but I just keep thinking about killing myself. Idk what to do. Could it possibly be from switching/stopping birth control?
