so my period is around 3-4 days late. every time i've had sex, condoms have been used. i tend to be a very paranoid person though and panic is starting to set in especially because the dude i'm hooking up with and i are not in a relationship. my period isn't regular but it's also not super irregular either. usually can be one to three days early/late give or take. i'm just wondering when a more appropriate time would be to really start panicking because i feel like right now i'm just overthinking things since i've started having sex? i haven't gotten any of my usual PMS symptoms either (ex. tender breasts, back pain, cramps, etc.) are there also any other reasons my period could be late?
