yeast infection = early pregnancy symptom?

So I've never had a yeast infection in my life.. but I got one today and I'm 6dpo. Has anyone else had this as a early symptom?

I've been pregnant 3 times, (one baby, one miscarriage, currently 15weeks), and those are the only times I've ever had a yeast infection in my life. It's a sign for me, but pregnancy effects people in different ways.
