Could period symptoms also be pregnancy symptoms?

Question

We have not been trying too long,  but we did it when I was ovulating every other day and I might just be being hopeful, but could my cramps be a sign of pregnancy or not? My periods are regular and I usually do get cramps 2 weeks before? I also have discharge.. Any info would be helpful.

Most pregnancy symptoms are the same as af that's why it's so confusing. I usually cramp and get sore boobs with af but when I got my last bfp I had no symptoms at all but saying that with mother bfp's I had a week of cramping fx'd it's a good sign for u xx
