Heavy, creamy, White discharge?

So I'm TTC and I have PCOS. I haven't been ovulating so I took birth control for a month to see if it would help. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and have stretchy white discharge that was kind of creamy. I know lots of people say that it looks like egg whites and clear but mine was just white and stretchy. I also baby danced when I saw I was. Could I get pregnant from that kind of discharge? I've been try for over a year.
