anyone else still having so much trouble breathing when they lay down?

I can't even sleep because I feel like I am only working with a small percentage of my lung capacity. I thought that now that she has dropped, the breathing would be easier... but no.  Dropped with shooting pains but still difficulty breathing and plenty of heartburn. Due on the 29th.

I am now 5 days overdue and have had horrible sleep apnea for the last 2 months. If I lay down flat, I wake up 10 minutes later with my nose completely stuffed up and heavy mouth breathing or snorting.  It's awful! I tried the sticker nose strips and that helps a bit, but mostly I have to use like 4 pillows at night so that I'm sleeping propped up. I can't wait to have this baby so I can breathe again!!!

I am you! Due on 29th; baby has dropped, lightening pains, heart burn & cannot breathe lying down!! It's 5.30am UK time & I've just added a 5th pillow to prop me up more as it's the 4th time tonight I've woken up out of breath! Keep waking up on my back too which is a worry.

I have slept in a chair since about 32weeks. It helps so much. I either can't breathe or get horrible heartburn or indigestion if I lay down. God I miss sleeping in my California king , pillow top bed.
