Really emotional

So I'm super emotional now , my fiance works off shore, I feel like I am doing everything alone . My house , my job, being pregnant.... I see my family maybe once a month if that. I feel like I dont have any friends anymore and the one I do have is 5 hours away ... I'm just really overwhelmed ... Is this normal ...
