I spent all weekend on my feet since I work at a hospital and after I got home today I started experiencing a lot of tightening like with Braxton hicks but these are accompanied by the feeling of needing to have a bowel movement and like a kind of feeling when you have painful gas. My Braxton hicks don't ever usually hurt. I've tried going to the bathroom but I'm not getting anything besides a lot of discharge that comes out. I'm going to start timing them, but is this what labor contractions usually feel like?
