Okay girls! I'm pale, have dark brown hair, and blue eyes. What color dress should I wear to my semi formal dance? I feel like my pale skin and naturally dark hair combined make it really hard to find a good color to match both. And then my eyes. Any tips? And also maybe what color makeup to do? Thank you! Any advice will help!
