Cervix high and soft. Cm watery. Crampy am I ovulating

I'm new to this. Trying to take charge of my fertility. I felt my cervix and its higher and feels soft like a lip. I have a lot of cramping going on. Is this preparing for ovulation or may I have already ovulated? My cm is is wet and watery no egg white that I've noticed. I have a leak here and there in my underwear.
