Suggestions on how to tell my dad I'm done with him

So a little backstory my father is a druggie, he's gotten himself clean many times but everytime he goes back to drugs. After my mom left him he went down hill and he hasn't been an active part of my life since I was 3. I never cared, I didn't end up like how people say girls without a father should be because I didn't care. Anyway today he was going around telling people that his daughter got in an accident and he needed money to get a cab to go see her. So my SO left work after his father called him to tell him the news which Is how I found out.

After work I contacted my sister and she said she was okay as well. So I went to my dads house, he wasn't home which is probably for the best as I would have been acted on anger. Any suggestions on how I can tell my father to F off. Additionally, he's said my granny, his mom, was dying and he needed money to see her and just crap like that.
