pain?

So I had my IUD placed almost 3 weeks ago. The other day I started feeling a lot of pain and pinching in my ovarian region. Is this normal?

The cramps with the IUD I personally feel are a lot more common and hurt more.

I get it all the time. I've had mine for like 2 and a half months

Unfortunately it took a couple of months for mine to settle down so I wouldn't worry about it just yet. If it gets in unbearable then go back to your doctor.  I had mine in for 3 1/2 years without any issues.  Hope you don't too :)
