Afraid I won't know when I'm having contractions..

FTM & I'm afraid I'm not going to know when I'm contracting and what's real and what not lol. I don't think I'm having BH but then again I keep reading/hearing mixed things on what they feel like and such. I've had bad back pain for 2 or 3 weeks now. I get period like cramps on and off and terrible groin pain for the past few days. All might not be related and could just be normal aches and pains. But I'm just afraid I won't know when it starts happening. Kinda feeling a little stupid about it. Anyone else in this boat?
