Is something wrong?

I recently got a BFP on a hpt.  My first ob appointment isn't for another couple of weeks though. For a solid week my breasts were tender, I felt sick to my stomach, and I had a lot of clear discharge. Then Friday it all went away. Now today I am experiencing a lot of dryness similar to what I experience right before my period. 
I haven't had any cramps or bleeding. I'm kind of freaking out because if it weren't for the six positives on the hpt I wouldn't even know I'm pregnant.

I didn't feel pregnant for the first few weeks.  Then at 6 weeks, it hit me with great force!  As long as you don't have spotting and cramping together, I wouldn't worry (easy to say I know!). Women react to hcg very differently, some getting strong symptoms very early and others minimal symptoms.  My dr told me morning sickness often doesn't occur until 7 weeks.

I've felt normal my entire pregnancy. Even now at 38wk besides being tired & my belly bumping into things.

My symptoms went away a couple of weeks after I took a test. I was freaking out, I felt normal again. I had a blood test to confirm because of my history. But once it was confirmed I just kept saying to myself if I'm not bleeding everything is okay. But my doctor said it's totally normal for symptoms to come and go.
