Boyfriend worried about me being pregnant

So I'm on my 3rd month of taking the pill. I take it on time religiously but recently my pill manufacturer changed so I now have a different birth control. My boyfriend NEVER cums in me but I am currently 26 days late. I had spotting last week but nothing too heavy. Could that have been my period? My boyfriend is EXTREMELY concerned about how late my period is and I wasn't as worried until he started freaking out. Please help.
