I work at an Amazon warehouse 6 days a week for 10-12 hours... its a workout! Constant walking, bending, squatting, etc. I've been there for 5 moneths now and I've lost a total of 35lbs so far!

None 😂😂 never have. I mean especially now I have three kids I can't even get a minute to go the toilet never mind work out 😥

I like to play it by ear depending on how extremely lazy I am that week. To put things into perspective, I paid for a whole year at my local gym just 3 mins drive away and I go like twice a month. I like to think of it as giving money to charity 😂
