Question 😳😳

Hi all! I'm new to the app and ttc, i just finished my ovulation window (according to this app) and for the past couple of days I've been having mild cramps-no spotting, I've been peeing a lot-but I've also been drinking a lot more water, unusual breast tenderness. But this morning is what made my think something is really up, because I woke up out of nowhere with the feeling like I was about to throw up-so I ran to the toilet, and nothing- I sat there for a few minutes, but nothing happened and after that I felt better and went back to bed.

Any thoughts??? Could I be having early pregnancy signs this soon?
