Nauseous Anxiety.
Its 3am, and I wake up nauseous - but a nervous feeling to my tummy. I feel like I am going to vomit at this current state. It comes from nowhere and generally wakes me at the same time from time to time.
Coming from a person with a high anxiety disorder I think to myself over and over - 'this too shall pass'.
That being said I take some pepto and am now laying here. This disease rules my life, and I am even medicated for it. It's hurtful.
Asking you ladies what you do for night anxiety - as waking my husband for comfort isn't right, although I am positive he won't mind. He works in the am.
