Avocados & fertility?

Question

Has anyone heard that avocados improve fertility? Something to do with the healthy fats in them?

I'm going to be munching on them all week now 😂. I'm trying to increase the amount of nuts, fish and avocados I eat and hoping it will speed this ttc business up a bit!

My sister swears this is why I got preggers... I was eating one a day. Trying four months previous to that and a miscarriage the year before. Currently 27 weeks.

I eat at least 2 avocados weekly, been ttc for 2 years now so I can't say it's helped, but they are yummy!
