worried now :( but happy HELP

So this happened after 14 months of trying but I'm worried , I finished a 4 day light bleed which started on the 9th and finished the 12th and now I have a positive test , I'm not bleeding now but do have lower back pain , this was the test this morning .. has anyone else had this experience x
