people who don't deserve kids always have a lot

Me and my husband have been trying for 8 months and my cousin has a one year old and a baby on the way and she always asks for money to feed and clothe her 1 year old and she doesn't have a job and living with her mom and another lady with her 3 kids in a two bedroom apartment and all of them smoke weed and her mother does herion. But I can't conceive.
