I've been on the pill, shot, and implant. All caused crazy periods and caused me to have severe depression. The only good it did was cause my cramps to not be as bad. I'm pretty sure I got every negative side effect possible with all of them 🙄 I want to be on birth control but I've tried almost every option and it seems hormones arent for my body at all. What would you guys recommend? My gyno is no help she just told me to do research and figure it out for myself.
