Concerned. HELP!!!

I recently suffered with Hives all over the body, severe chaffing on the leg area which was fine and cleared up. Now I am suffering something that looks scary around my bikini line and onto my thigh, red dot like rash ( looks like lot like heat rash, i dont dare to Google this) now i do masterbate at least three times a week maybe more and i have not had sex with a guy for over a year now and no one stands either. The guy has not had any issues himself so I know its not STI. Called the docs, they are giving me a call back tomoz but I am wondering anyone else has this problem before?
