Essential oils

Hey ladies I need opinions and fast!! So I was diagnosed with PCOS and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 1 year. I was recently told that Dragon Time Essential Oil worked for it but then I kept reading and have seen Progessence Plus and Sclaressence oils. Has anyone used any of these and gotten pregnant off of them!?!? Please help!!!
