did my payment go through?

Ok so I need help I got an Amazon card from a survey I did. It came through my gmail and it said to visit www.amazon.com/gc so I clicked it. It told me log in to my Amazon account so I did. It then said click "Redeem Gift Cards" so I did I put the gift card claim code and it showed my amount $13.82. My amount I was going to use was $13.79 so I clicked PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. It said to put my address so I did and it showed estimated order total $13.79. On my order I ordered 3 things it showed estimated delivery for one was Nov22,2016-Dec1,2016 . The second order showed estimated delivery Dec9,2016-Dec29,2016. The third showed estimated delivery Dec9,2016-Dec29,2016. When I got on my Amazon app it still shows the items in my cart and card. I ordered it on gmail from my Amazon account but on the app it doesn't show. Did it still deliver?
