UTI:(

So I've been having a sort of ongoing UTI for a couple of weeks now.. I got my first ever one about 1-2 months ago, went to the doctors and they prescribed me with antibiotics to take 4 times a day for a week, they worked and the UTI went away, I got it back again about a couple of weeks later and haven't been to see the doctor because i've only just been about the same thing, so I didn't want to go to closely because I didn't want them to think that I have bad hygiene or anything because I really don't! I have only had one sexual partner in my life who is my current boyfriend of 1 year, I seemed to notice that I got these UTI outbreaks after we had anal and he put his dick from my ass to my vagina, sounds silly but is that what is causing this? I don't know whether to go to the doctors again, but it's stressing me out, I'm so worried that me not seeing them and having this UTI for a couple of weeks will mean that it's spread and has turned into something much worse, someone please help me, I really don't know what to do:(
