Baby or no bAby ???

Well I am dating this guy and we are in love and both of us want kids. And both of us can support and would like kids very soon. I'm 17 and he's 19. It's that too young? I mean I know we can handle a baby but just need more perspectives before I decide to conceive. Thanks guys 😁

Wait until you mature bc you absolutely are not if you think you can handle a baby while still being a teen yourself. Don't put a child through a hard life bc of the way you feel at the moment

I'm 15, I love kids and all but I would never have kids at 17, you may think you are ready for it but you aren't. There is a lot of things that come with a baby, sleepless nights, diapers, medical care/insurance, checkups, baby food, toys, blankets, formula (if you choose not to breastfeed), plus you might also need an apartment if your parents don't let you stay with them, you might also not be able to go to college if you have a baby. And what happens if your boyfriend leaves? Then you have to do it all on your own, not to mention you are young and have a whole life ahead of you, where you can go to school, get a great career, and then have kids. You most likely haven't even graduated from high school yet (if you have congratulations), I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just giving advice. Wait a couple years, if you two are still together and know you will be able to raise kids, go for it.

I was 25 when I got pregnant with my daughter and I thought i had it all together but it's hard! I worked in child care for years so I thought I knew what I was getting in to but it's a lot different having a baby 24/hrs a day! If I'd known then what I know now I might have waited another couple years and spent more time with my hubby as a couple before baby :)

I would wait girl. I know that's not what you want to hear, but you really should wait. You have so much time to have kids! Just enjoy being young and being together. Travel, go to school, do things for yourselves and for your future. If I would've had a baby with my boyfriend (and then fiancé) when I was 17, I would've ended up a single mom. There's absolutely no rush, spend some time on yourselves and on each other before you decide to have a baby. It's a permanent and 100% for the rest of your life decision.

No one (man or woman) is ever 'READY' for their first child. Even if they are planned, still can not ever be necessarily 'READY'... Not too mention you both are extremely young. Finish school first.. Find your careers & get married.

I think the best thing you could do is wait 3 years. Then you will be 20 you will have changed during those 3 years.
