I need relationship advice pls!!!!

Hi, so I'm 17 and before this summer I had never had a boyfriend or had ever kissed anyone. But this summer I went on a cruise in Europe and I met this guy who worked on the ship and we went out and made out and fiddled around a bit but we didn't have sex, I thought it was a Orr of temporary thing like when I came back he would have just disappeared, but he keeps on sending me things so I don't know what to do. I don't know if I should keep this going because I have sexual attraction to him or not because I think that that is all I feel towards him. I think if I keep this going I will end up having sex with a guy I have no true feelings for and then I will be in a real relationship and feel like I waisted it on some random guy. Sooooo please help me out with your advice thanks guys!!!!!!!
