Birthing question

How long after the baby is born do you usually feed them? I plan on just getting BABY out and handing him straight to my boyfriend for skin to skin with him while I get the rest of the stuff out and shower quick, it's not that I don't want to hold him right away but I've been carrying him for 9 months and I want them to have a bond, I'll be spending tons of time with him so it's not like I'm neglecting him but I just want to know how long until you feed and how long it actually takes to get everything else out
