My period was on November 9, and it ended yesterday 14, me and my husband are trying to conceive really badly, it's been 3 months , has anyone ever take prenatal vitamins or any type of vitamins to try to conceive? , the more healthy your body is the quicker it can happen, when I first got pregnant and had a pro choice , I was healthy as can be and now I've let go a bit and it seems harder to conceive , so if vitamins and health life style will help ?, I don't know what do you guys think?. I'm 23 years old.
